Our Jennifer Stories
*NEW*
Well let see.. Story time I guess huh? Well since I was in GA for the last remote, I can't really tell you about that. And Meghan was at work..so we both missed it! SORRY JENNIFER! I can, however, tell you a story about our friend Opie the moth. What a great little moth. His full name was Opie Carson Frank. He once lived a very happy and joyful life. He was a talented little fellow. Until he was tagically killed...and it's sad to say - by me. Now before you start yelling let me tell you I am not a mean person. I SWEAR! But Jennifer here was flipping out over our fellow moth..and I thought she wanted him gone..when really, she just wanted him to perform on the platform we had created for him...which actually is what caused his death. Aaah poor Opie. Though I am the one who ended your life, you were a great moth. You'll be deeply missed. I am sorry for any pain I might have caused you. Meghan and Jennifer are still in mourning. We all hope you are living a bigger and better life in moth heaven... RIP Opie Carson Frank.
Time for another update on stories! Our most recent stop was at Riverside Nissan at 31st and Memorial. Well it started out with Jennifer trying to give us directions to where she was - when she didn't really know where she was herself. It was quite amusing. After a few minutes we did figure it out and we were on our way to meet Jenn. Ok well it was like 50 degrees outside so we made sure to stay indoors as much as possible. Jennifer did test drive a 2002 Ultima though. What a great car. It rides very well - and very fast haha. After the test drive it was time for the actual broadcast. The guys over there were a lot of fun. They were all great! We found out that they listen to Jenn almost everynight! Rock on! Like every broadcast there were lots of laughs (Zzzzt!) and it was just a bunch of fun! You gotta come out to the next one! You are missing out if ya don't! Remember there are always Bull stuff to give away! Stop by and say hi! We don't bite.
On Sunday December 2nd we attended the Lonestar concert. But before the concert there was Jennifers broadcast from 4P - 7P. What a day it was. We were all over the Expo Pavillion. We spent most of the time outside where it was a tad cold, but ya know after 3 hours outside you get used to it. It also didn't help that the doors into the Expo were locked, but oh well. So lets see...during the broadcast we got to ride in a limo! It was the nicest/coolest thing I've ever been in. Now I'm not quite sure why we got to go in the limo, but when I was told to get in I didn't hesitate. We were also giving free tickets to people too. They were very thankful for that. Then later on some unwanted guests, who shall rename nameless, appeared. We spent some time letting them know they were not wanted by getting many people to yell "99.5 The Bull Rocks!" or something along those lines. It was a lot of fun! Then there was the actual concert! Here we got to meet Blake Shelton. I would say that Blake is a Jennifer fan as well haha. He is a great guy. Very nice. We also met Lonestar and Jamie O'Neal. Well Jennifer met Jamie O'Neal haha. Not only did she meet Jamie, she also got to introduce her as well. I do believe she was a little nervous being on stage in front of all those people - BUT she did a great job! Way to go Jenn! That is basically it for the Lonestar concert. We really did have a lot of fun. Lots of fun stuff was going on throughout the night! Make sure to join us next time - and don't forget to say hi!!!
Aaaah time for another story. Well the most recent story would be our day at Cellular Plus in Coweta OK. What fun. Now lets get this straight. See it is NOT pronounced Cow - eta, as some people may think. No need to mention names. But just to clarify - it is pronounced:
Co - weeta. Co - as in the abreviation and a long E. Right. Well lets see. At our wonderful day in the middle of nowhere Jennifer purchased a new cell phone. It was an amusing event. It took a few anxious moments before the credit and all went through, but when it did, we had a very excited Jennifer on our hands. Quite giddy to say the least. She spent the rest of the broadcast trying to stay calm while fiddling around with all the new features on her new telly - phone...especially the TEXT messaging. Uh huh.
Well Lets see. Nothing else really amusing happened through out the day. We watched some CMT and Jennifer reminded of the new words to Good Morning Beautiful...new lyrics being "Going morning ugly..yo breaf stank.." Or something along those lines. Soon after that the 2 hours was up, and before we knew it we were packing up, much to our dismay, and soon were on our way home. You all REALLY need to come join us at the next live broadcast. They really are a lot of fun.. We'll keep you updated.
-- So yeah. Our stories. I am sure we have a few for you. Recently we went and saw Jennifer broadcast live from the new Sonic at 108th and Memorial. It was mucho fun. There was balloons and clowns and lots of free stuff. We were all decked out in our balloon hats, ties, and belts. Jennifer later attempted to ride the Coca Cola mountain bike that was being raffled off. She did VERY well! Didn't fall once. Big round of applause for that! YAY! Hmmm. We basically just hung out for the day and had a good time. If you weren't there ya missed the party! Shame on you! Next time don't miss out!
